Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

Select the size of print you require and simply click on the ‘Buy’ button next to the product and it will be added to your shopping basket.  You can then either continue shopping, or go to the Cart (top right-hand side of each screen) where you will then enter your payment details.

If you have any specific requirements, such as colour, you can contact me with your requirements.  Please note, prints will be made to the design, colour and size as stated in the print description unless otherwise requested in the order/email.  Due to computer / mobile screen and printing tolerances, there may be slight colour differences from the photographs.

What are your items made from?

My art prints are printed locally using 300gsm high quality paper, which is made from 100% recycled paper. Packaging is 100% recyclable where possible.

Please note, all prints are sold unframed unless specifically stated in the title.

All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. All items sold on this website are for decoration only, and are not intended for play.

What if I would like a different colour or size?

If you have any specific requirements, such as colour or personalisation, you can contact me with your requirements.  Please note, products will be made to the design, colour and size as stated in the print description unless otherwise requested in the order/email.

Why are your prints unframed?

I have found that people like to choose their own frames to go with their homes (or their family/friends’ homes if buying as a gift) as frames are quite a personal choice. There are so many different frames easily available now that if I sold framed prints it may not suit the rest of your décor.

It also helps to keep postage costs down and to avoid breakages in the post.

How do I find a frame to fit?

First of all, you need to decide whether you want the print to be mounted in the frame (essentially a large border) or if you want the print to fill the frame completely.

Then find a frame you like. Apart from the internet (e.g. Amazon), and local shops/markets, a lot of High Street stores also now stock a good choice of frames. For example, Dunelm, The Range, IKEA, M&S, John Lewis all have a range of sizes. You just need to make sure that you select the correct sizing - most frames description will detail both the mounted size and the non-mounted.

Most of my prints are either A4 or A3 size, and each listing has the exact measurements of the print in it.

How much is delivery?

I currently offer FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY for all orders within the mainland UK.

If you require Next Day or Express Delivery, please contact me for a quote before ordering.

How do I pay?

You can either use PayPal, or pay with a credit card via Stripe.  As the transaction is handled within PayPal or Stripe’s secure websites, this means I do not see your payment details, all I receive is your order and address.  Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I aim to post orders within 2 working days, but this does depend on stock levels.

If art prints are subject to printing time, I would contact you to confirm, however they would usually be posted out to you within two weeks.  If your order is urgent, please contact me and I will check if I can help.

Orders will be shipped to the address as confirmed by PayPal or Stripe only.

Please note, during the Christmas period, timescales may be slightly longer – please order early wherever possible!

Do you do bespoke orders or commissions?

Yes! If you do have a special request, please contact me and I will work with you to agree a design to suit your requirements. I specialise in animal portraits and nature prints.

What if I am not happy with the product?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss your concerns, and refund / exchange / return options.
